Maintenance cleaning means regular, recurring cleaning at defined intervals. Typical tasks include vacuuming, damp mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying bins, and cleaning sanitary areas. The scope and frequency depend on the property and how it’s used.
Both. We handle one-off cleanings as well as plannable recurring schedules (for example weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) for private homes, businesses, and property managers.
Ideally the property is empty and personal items are removed. Access, water and electricity should be available. If there are special requirements (oven, fridge, blinds, balcony), tell us in advance so we can plan the scope correctly.
Pricing depends on scope, property size, condition, and extras such as kitchen/bath, windows/blinds, or special surfaces. For recurring services, frequency and target standard also matter. Photos and details help us quote accurately.
For handovers, booking a few weeks in advance is recommended. Short-notice requests are possible-contact us and we’ll check availability.

Depending on the property, we can work with key handover, code access, or your presence on site. We handle keys and access information confidentially and return them as agreed.
Yes. We provide garden work and outdoor maintenance-for example pruning, seasonal tasks, green space care, and keeping outdoor areas tidy around the property.
As a rule of thumb, at least two cleanings per year are helpful. Depending on pollen, traffic, construction nearby, or commercial needs (shop windows), a more frequent schedule can make sense.
We can bundle and prepare green waste for municipal collection or bring it to a green waste facility-depending on local rules and your preference.
